I know, it's natural u get a feeling about ''that topic'' I haven't mention in my FF that they had a ''physical relationship'' directly. Yeah, Madhu not getting pregnant issue, I didn't want to add another child here & u can stay for many years without a child , may be due to scientifical issues. But I'm not going to talk about that topic seriously, This is not a typical love story. I mainly focus on Reesha here & yeah they may have lived like Malik/Padmini & mainly it was look after to Aryan. I have mentioned here that Sultan was money minded & didn't have no time for family it says about it indirectly. Btw please don't take it as a big issue, as a Rishbala fan I too do not accept it,. But this is just a fictional story. Thanks for sharing your ideas by the way.😊
