They are legally married...remember the contract.

RK ke liye karva chauth rakhne ke liye uska fan girls zinda hain. MB doesn't need to keep it if she doesn't want to. We fan girls are enough for him. LOL!

I am with the CVs till here.. .. But what confuses me is the precap..

Madhubala malik on purpose spoils the puja.. which is supposedly 'Suhaagano' wali puja???

Isn't this spoiling the puja , too strong a step for Madhubala..???

If she is capable of doing this then mentally, subconsciously also she has lost all love for RK.. else a god believer as hers, a woman who may go through ups and down of life.. fight them face them but will not demean her belief of being a married woman because things are not right!

Do I have a problem with that.. No, if that is what CVs are showing! But there is a HUGE disconnect...

If she takes this step, its the final break.. then I can not believe she feels anything for him.. and this is a clean break...you can't just fix it in future...and all the crap about her loving him deep down there will not be valid anymore...

CVs.. are you really trying to tell us that?? This means, if tomorrow, RK is on deathbed MB will not care!!!!...

Go either way with your story.. but be sure of the woman's character...and understand the subtle / nuances of each action of hers and the meaning you are sending across to us...

No! It's not at all a strong step for Madhu. In fact it's the most valid and rational step which she took because prior to our subjective opinion on Madhu's relationship status, the fact remains that RK and Madhu never really got married. In that case if she spoils a 'suhaagon' wali pooja than it's completely justified and sensible on her part.

It would've been extremely dumb and stupid of Madhu had she gone ahead with this pooja.

THEY ARE STILL LEGALLY MARRIED! MADHU HAS NOT PAID HER 40 LACS! THE CONTRACT IS STILL VALID! No religion can deny a lawful status. That's why we have marriage certificates...because law is proof.

Not for the last time but,

Two people are LEGALLY MARRIED ONLY if they do a REGISTERED COURT marriage. RK's contract holds no value in front of LAW. On the contrary, he'll fall in trouble with law for enslaving a person into a blue-collar work. The contract can NEVER become a certificate of their marriage, it turns Madhu into a mere security deposit.

lol... i was not commenting on the legality of marriage here.. what I am trying to explore is MB's feelings about this marriage..

Yes, that's what I am saying.. till now.,.before the unwed drama, she did consider herself a married woman correct?

Uptil holi, they showed she still cares for him..

Every time she calls herself ex-wife means she still believes and sees her marriage official..

Therefore, whatever I have understood of her character, the rituals etc are very precious to her... like padmini, if she thinks she is married she would have kept all the rituals asked of her..given she had atleast an iota of care for RK..

But today when she spoils the puja and going by panditji's explanation of the puja..MB ruins it..

To me it says, she doesn't consider herself his wife anymore..she has absolved herself of all such duties.. and in her heart she doesn't accept RK anymore.. all love lost..

I am fine till here, she has the right to feel that way..

But then if this is true, the new picture is .. she is taking revenge, sleeping with a man whom she does not consider her husband.. imagine how much she would be disgusted with herself for doing this..

Her pain never came out this strong.. today I feel for her.. and till now we were fearing if RK would end up broken.. instead.. now i fear for MB..self-destructive path she is on..

And i don't know who can get her out of this..

Who is discussing the legality of their marriage here??? I definitely didn't ..

I am exploring Madhu's feelings towards this marriage.. and as far as I understand her character, I think God is a bigger authority to her than our legal system..
