As most of you must have heard..Sajjan Kumar has been acquitted..of the charges on 1984 riot against sikhs...
My condolences are with the all the victims, with this country and each countrymen...but what good are these condolences..

I have for long supported Indira Gandhi's stance on Blue Operation.. supported in the sense, I think it was an extremely tough decision to take but she did.. obviously not a decision any one would have wanted but i guess it was the best option at that time..
But what followed her death was disgusting and utterly shameful.. How sikhs were targeted as a political agenda.. my parents recount the horror.. they would pull people from running buses and burn them alive...
I am just extremely depressed...The idea of this post is..
There is a lot of young blood that visits this forum.. Just want the ones who are not aware to know about this historical happening..and an earnest request.. please be politically vigilant as you are the future and make responsible choices..
PS: If you can get your hands on Indira Gandhi's biographies, do read it.. and India after Gandhi by Ramachandra Ghua...
Please do not construe this as political vendetta or support theory.. just posting a highly disturbing event in the hope that people who do not know should know what their country has been through
