well DD has not same but almost same expression in both case coz neither she love RK nor does Sultan .. mostly RK give her shock n SUltan surprises him .. both has kindda same feelings I guess .. kabhi khud shock n surprised expression mirror ke samne deke dekho den ask mirror mirror on d wall am I looking different lol
