She didn't just come to know of his parental techniques one day and came to him to set him straight. its was part of their very accidental meeting. just trying to tell you that from where I see,it was all cause of the way she met them.

this is entirely different, in that respect. Cause though things have changed for Sultan as regards Madhu, there is no change in madhu as regards Sultan,she doesn't yet see him as a separate entity apart from Aaryan's father.

1)To continue the sultan- madhu saga,where she feels terrible for him and makes an attemt to get in touch with him,which otherwise is not possible if she cuts the conversation after a mere stay away from my private matter.Opens the door for sultan spilling out his wives story and her feeling for him more.

2)To make the audience to feel bad for sultan and develop a soft corner for his pain and rejection,esp when all wanted to do was safe-guard her.

My sympathies still lay with Madhu. Yes, she was bitchy in yelling at Sultan when she should told RK to f**k off but Sultan was no less in goading her and going 1960 Rajesh Khanna on her ass. Ideally, he should have left it after the first time and stayed unapologetic for protecting her or sensed that she was pissed and left it.

At the end of the day, Madhu wants freedom to run her life the she wants to. She got out of a shitty relationship and wants space to heal her heart which none of the men in her life are allowing her to do. Revenge King does his obsessive regressive nautanki, Sultan tries to force his haq on her and Bittoji is ever so clairvoyant of Revenge King's shud 100% desi ghee wala LAU

This is not to defend Madhu's insensitive remarks, but rather to try and understand her. it must push you over the edge to deal with a suicidal, maniacal man with the emotion maturity of a broomstick.
