Confusing PRECAP!!

Why Madhu calls Sultan chori chori against RK wish ? And I am confused to RK's reaction as well . BUt I think Eventhough from Precap He looked Angry but I think He will not say anything to Madhu , And Why I feel that he will be silent here 😕 . Today he got hurt by seeing Sultan asking Madhu "Tum Theek ho naa " And Worst part for RK was Madhu answering him 😡😡. He wa shocked to see that and was hurt as well . Above that Sultan's Words " Meri Biwi hoti toh aisi naubat hi nahi aati" was last strike on RK's Heart . Still I think Tomm He will be silent rather then getting angry , What u all think ?
