I am German and this is my first expirience with Bollywood soaps or movies. I think the story is very interesting. But I have one question. Why there are no kiss scenes or so? Is that tabu in Bollywood or why ? Thank you very much for your anwer 😊

well indians don't believe in over showing their affections. its not that we dont accept it, its just that we dont find it necessary.

And its a family show, in indian homes usually everyone from grandma, to mom to daughter & father all watch indian shows so it would be a pretty awkward situation if they showed kissing and making out scenes. And we r a conservative lot of people.😆

Well, to an extent. The day time shows are supposedly family oriented and the target demographic is old people set in their ways. However, movies show & some youth based shows on specialty channels show everything one sees in American TV. One other restriction usually followed is the time slot. I think 11pm is the minimum time you ought to wait before airing a show with rated content. TV is rather conservative, movies are not.
