yes I too think that he is dreaming.other wise Sultaan and in RK's house no way.he will handcuff her due to his insecurity

Muze Nahi lagtha Kisi dream hai aur Sultan RK manion mai nahi aaya
Sultan Apne ghar mai ja raha hai aur wo lighter shayad RK ke pass bhi hai.
Jaisa RK ke ko marne Shamsher RK mantion wala seen Madhu Shamsher doondnewala

I think both are in their own houses but when RK light the lighter Madhu may say Sultan's name 😡 which make RK angry & more insecure .That's why he handcuffs himself to Madhu & sleep..😳 Cv's is confusing us with precap..

may be this can happen. but why madhu to be blame itni pagal panti dekhkar koi bhi bhagane ko tayyar ho gayega..
