Rk's second question to madhu.

Guys what do you think that why didn't Madhu answer RK's second question i.e If she loves him only ? 😊

Because she was disgusted at his low thinking of her.

For a woman like Madhu, her self respect is everything. So when the man...who just moments ago near-about professed to crazy-love her, returns back to question her love for him, which was never in question, disgust is teh obvious answer.

By asking that question Madhu finds out that he don't brought her back for love...it was just Rk's insecurity and how can he think like that about her that is disgusting for her to answer to that question...

She knows RK is no longer the only man in her life. She may not love Sultan yet,but, this also she knows that Sultan means a lot to him. She did not answer this questions for two reasons:

rk ka 2nd q ka bad madhu ka reaction was to good...
may be madhu says sultannn.

i thing madhu ans was yes.but not sultan she say's aryan.

RK asks MAdhu is she in love only with him or even someone else other than him. Yes it is Aryan whom she is in love with not the love RK thinks. Aryan is also her reposnibility in future which RK may havbe to accept if he wants MAdhu. That is why Padmini tells MAdhu her bonding with Aryan is way to difficult to understand. She will surely come to his rescue when Sultan will be killed. She doesnot answer to that question thinking abt her promise to Sultan. She has no feelings for Sultan whatsoever because Sultan is a gangster who would have killed many. He only needs to be brought to book.
