omg capital letters not allowed but i use commonly i don't know about this rule i like to write in caps sorry for this but this is hard some time caps button press and we don't know during writing we write and post this rule is very hard for me try to obey.
i want to clear my position to all fans that i never bash or try to use caps by any negative or bad reason.😭

Oh yes CAPS means u r shouting... if in yr CC u feel like screaming at anyone, u can use it i guess... 😆
