She got the job because of her experience in the field. If she had been a novice, I don't think Bittoo jee's recommendation would have helped. She did not go to him seeking his help but he offered to help and asked her not to refuse.

She is doing what she is expected to do and she did ask Kaka jee to take Don to the hospital but Kakka jee refused because of reasons very well known to us too. You won't see her personal growth ... she has not been sketched to show that but she has been sketched to show growth via her relationships with others whether it be the Don or the Superstar.

^^ there are tons of cases of undeserving people in jobs/ posts coz of recommendations..!

Tanu: The producer wants to run this show for 1000 episodes so it's futile now to expect that she will become a star tomorrow. Plus, when she becomes a star too, she won't change much but yes again her relationships will get affected.

What I know is... she holds Aryan in great affection and is concerned for his father on humanitarian grounds. She doesn't deserve to be bashed for that. Maybe her experiences changed her perception of right and wrong... Shamsher himself having made attempts on Rk's life..

[More and more I think about it, maybe the storyline will be to have the police investigate her for involvement with Sultan and charge her for harbouring criminal... It's up to her to deal with consequences of her actions and grow😆; just like it is for Rk to deal with his.]
