RK had never panicked like this ever before. He had never loved some one like this ever before. He had never felt bound to some one like this ever before. When his dad left, he managed but now with Madhu dying...he could not survive. He needed her...she was his and only his. But where did Sultan fit the picture? Why was he there? and Why did Madhu ask him if he was hurt? what was happening? Sultan is capable...but RK could not think about his past NOW. On reaching the hospital, the ER staff rushed. The ER doctor asked for the patient name and Bittuji answered Madhubala Sham...but was cut off by RK. RK said " Madhubala Rishab Kundra, meri biwi hai". Bittuji was stunned. Madhu was rushed to the OT. RK was pacing like a mad man controlling all the doctors and nurses. He felt helpless...he Rishab Kundra felt helpless. What the...

Sasu Maa, Trishna and Ma rushed to the hospital. All three were freaking out...RK felt miserable amongst the three women. He had no one to share his pain and grief...where was Bittuji? Sasu Maa kept mumbling "Maine kaha that police ke paas jaate hai, lekin woh ladki sunti kahan hai. Us ke liye Aryan aur RK hi sab kuch hai". RK was stunned. Before he could say something, the doctors stepped out saying that " she has lost blood and we would need to transfuse". RK stepped in as he and his biwi shared the same group. But Madhu had not regained consciousness...RK screamed at the doctors "If you do not save my wife, I will cancel your licenses". Sasu Maa and Maa were shocked...Sasu Maa asked me "Tum mein itna chinta kyun ho rahi hai, tum ne hi to kaha tha". I glared at her "Sasu Maa, aap apna kimthi takat Madhu ke zindagi ko bache ne ke liye rakhiye; mujhe khosne ke liye nahi aur ek aur baat mein aap ki beti se pyaar..." Sasu Maa looked beyond me. I turned around to see Sultan and a little kid...

Sultan looked at RK and then at Madhu's mum. He did not have much to say. He had taken a risk coming out of hiding but he had to...for his son and for his friend. Who wanted RK dead other than him? and why had Madhu saved his life after all that he had done? Aryan limped towards RK and her mother. He looked at RK and said "Tum RK ho na" and RK nodded. Aryan continued "Madhu ne kaha tha tum uske bade bacche ho. Tume ne mere tang thodne kyun baat ki". Then it struck RK that Madhu's so called lover was not Sultan but the kid. Sultan continued staring at him. Aryan looked at Padmini..."Madhu ko kuch nahi hoga, woh strong hai". Aryan looked at RK and said, Sultan ne kaha tha ki agar Madhu hamare baare mein kuch bole toh woh tume jaan se maar dega.

RK glared at Sultan and Sultan at him. Radha ji walked and was shocked to see Sultan. It then struck RK that Madhu was fighting for her life as she wanted to save his. Madhu was not just his lover but also his angel. Oh! God, he needed to get to her and ran to the ICU.
