Sultan is RK's illegitimate bother. Rk's dad, when he finds out about his son from before marriage, he's scared about what everyone would think of him, commits suicide.
RK has no idea but Sultan knows this and somehow hates RK for it.
Rk might have seen Sultan when he was younger maybe talking to his dad and asking him to come home. He has repressed alot of his childhood memories but he remembers those eyes.
When Rk has that dream, i don't think it's only about Madhu, i think it has something to do with his past.
