Part 1
"Main kabhi bhi tumse pyar kiya hi nahi" his words echoed in her ears, ringing over and over, shredding her from inside, stabbing her repeatedly. She smiled sadly.
"You wanted to break me" she scoffed, tears gathering in her eyes. She looked at the manglsutr in her hand, closing her fingers she clenched it tight. "you've succeeded Rishabh Kundra" her eyes darkened. "you've succeeded" she muttered tightening her hold on her mangl sutr harder, piercing it into her skin till it nipped in, the stinging sensation pained yet she hadn't winced at all. The pain he'd given her was so much that she didn't hurt. Opening her fingers she looked down at her palm, covered with the blood oozing out from the cut. "Today I'm the one bleeding. Tomorrow it'll be you!" she whispered out.

"Madhu" he jerked up, his forehead creased, sheen of sweat covered his face. Why was he dreaming of her? He'd rubbed her chapter off from his life then why was she seeping into his thoughts. Switching his lamp on, he picked the glass of water up and drunk in large gulps. "You don't mean anything to me! Nothing" he muttered to himself as if trying to assure himself.
Laying back down, he turned to his side, instantly his eyes fixed on the empty side, unwilling his hands went to it, caressing over the empty space. She'd have been sleeping here had he... No what was he even thinking. He planned all this from the beginning then why? Why was he even having second thoughts about this?
He pulled the covers off himself and stepped down, heading to the bar in the corner, settling himself on the stool he poured himself a shot of whiskey, and gulped in one go. He circled the glass in his hand once he had drunk enough to lose his sense. His eyes followed the liquid circling round, then lifted to his lips taking another gulp.
"Why am I missing you?" he questioned looking at the glass, placing it down on the bar. He pressed his palm to his cheek like a child. "Madhu.. nahi biwiii.. biwiii" he looked around. "Arre biwi toh mera baat hi nahi sunn rahi hai.." he muttered like a lost child.
"Wapas aajao biwi.. I promise main kabhi nahi hurt karunga" he shook his head talking. "I miss you biwi" he whispered nodding, then slumped on to the bar dozing off. He's spoken the language of his heart in this state, when will the time come when he realizes he's fallen in love with the angel whom he claimed to detest.

"Arghh" he groaned as he woke up, his head throbbing violently, he blinked his eyes adjusting his sight. How did he end up here? He wondered as he realized where had he slept off. Rubbing his face, he stood to his feet heading for the washroom.
He closed his eyes as the cold water showered down over his body, a familiar warmth surrounded him, two hands embraced him from behind. "madhu" he whispered as she placed a feather light kiss to his shoulder.
"I love you" the words echoed as her lips grazed his ear, turning around to face he met only emptiness. He raked a hand through his hair frustratingly, what was he thinking of? He cursed profanities and finished showering quickly as he had a long day ahead of him.

"tu kahan jaa rahi hai?" Padmini asked Madhu as she was dressed.
"Kaam pe"
"Par.."
"Maa main ghar pe bait kar bore ho jaungi aur waise bhi main ek nayi shuruwat karna chahti hoon" she mumbled the last sentence out.
Padmini nodded understanding, Madhu smiled walking over, she pressed a kiss to her mother's cheek and walked out the house.
"Hello" Madhu picked her phone as it rang.
...
"teek hai, main pohuch jaoongi"
She sighed cutting the call, she'd been appointed for an actress, she was on her way unknown to the fact she was going to meet the man who'd shattered her within seconds.
She entered the sets, memories of meeting him in the sets poured back to her, she looked around, similarly their first Karwa chaut ... She shook her head, he held no importance to her. He wasn't relevant to her, she wasn't going to drown like he wants.
Suddenly she jerked to the side having bumped into someone, looking up she met his chocolate brown eyes. A shudder passed down her spine meeting his eyes.
He looked at her without pause, his eyes roaming down then back up to her face.
"Madhubala!" he spoke chuckling and shaking his head. "Wow!" he clapped his hands. "I must really commend you"
She looked away, curling her hands into fists, dozen pairs of eyes surrounded them.
"Itni bezati ke baad tum mere saamne phir se aa sakte ho" his lips tugged into a smirk. "Mujhe toh laga tum shayad ab tak..." he paused gesturing up with his eyes. She knew exactly what he meant, he'd killed her already, she was nothing but a body.
"Excuse me" she muttered, she stepped aside to move away, but he stood before her blocking her.
"Why are you here?" he asked looking down at her, his eyes darkening with fury, his blood boiling with anger.
"You're not my boss Mr Rishabh Kundra! I don't have to answer to you" she retorted back. He'd pushed her enough, not anymore. She moved past, gritting his teeth he pulled her by the elbow making her fall to his chest.
"Why are you here?"
She jerked her arm off. "Don't you dare touch me!"
"Touch you.." he scoffed, inching closer till his breath caressed her ear he whispered softly into her ear. "I've done more than just touch you"
She backed her head away, looking at him with rage, her eyes piercing into his, she could feel the tears stinging her eyes, pressing them closed she stopped them from cascading down, she wasn't going to let him see her tears.
Snapping them back open, she looked back into his eyes. "Mr Kundra Celebrate the fact I haven't slapped you! It'd be a waste of my time and energy, a devil always remains a devil" her words rung in his ears, his hands clenched as he grit his teeth together, the smirk wiped off his face, his lips thinned in anger.
Glancing at him for one last time, she walked by, he watched her retreat, she can show her attitude but he knows she was broken, her eyes said it all but then why wasn't he happy?
"Why is she here?" he asked loudly.
"She's the new hair dresser appointed" one of them answered.
He closed his eyes, turning his head he looked at her, she looked at him over her shoulder, a smirk tugged her lips now then she'd turned walking away.
"Madhubala Shamsher Malik! You'll regret working here" he whispered out. She wanted to work here right? She can but he wasn't going to make it any easy for her.
"I'm a new woman reborn Rk! I won't let you affect me instead my presence will be affecting you" she muttered out.
