Tanzie, I think this Sultan is the same fellow jiske naam sey Kukku had made extortion calls to RK from before Ganeshotsav.
But RK and everyone knows that the police found out Sultan hadn't actually been responsible for those calls.
But yeah, his very criminal background RK and Bittuji are well aware of.
