Mukkund coming back into Madhubala's life. This would make RK boiling mad and as jealous as hell.

I think Mukkund would be a good choice as RAk knows MAb liked him at one time, so he would really feel insecure and jealous.

A new entry may not have the same effect...

That's my feeling

I found Mukund to be really spineless. Madhu shouldn't waste her time on him, just my opinion. I would prefer Madhu make a new relationship that way RK can see that she has really moved on and is comfortable meeting and trusting people.
