well spiking someone's drink without their consent is offensive too.

Name calling is allowed on the forum given it is not abusive and not derogatory. Calling RK/Madhu a rapist is one such example that does not follow civil name calling. Please avoid using extreme names for any character. Effective now - if rigorous name calling continues, the MB Devt Team will immediately increase the individual's WL by 20%. If such name calling continues for an extended period of time, the DT may put a temporary ban on name calling until we feel this forum is mature enough to handle it.

i have had work shops in college on this and when both parties are drunk it is still considered rape because they cant give consent when they are drunk. the only thing is it is very hard to prove in a court room who is at fault when both sides get drunk with their knowlege. but here RK spiked Madhu's drink without her consent and without her knowledge.

I THINK WE NEED TO LEARN OUR LESSON WHEN THROWING THE WORD RAPE AROUND LAST TIME IT WAS THROWN AROUND AND THE EPISODE SHOWED NO SUCH THING...SO THIS TIME LETS WAIT TILL WE ACTUALLY WATCH THE EPISODE...BECAUSE WE ARE ALWAYS WRONG 😉
