A cactus Has deep roots that run miles deep into the soil. When the skies grow cruel and deny even a single drop of water the persistent cactus thrives for its roots find water .They find water in the driest desserts and smirks at the sky for its incompetence to take its life.They bear thorns that protect them from the grazing beasts.They don't want leaves but only thorns ans spines,its these that let them survive. Though leafless and thorny they are still beautiful,And when the flower its the most beautiful sight .So who wouldn't want to be a cactus ,rooted to the ground ,covered with thorns but filled with life's elixir in the inside.I wouldn't mind. Madhu the cactus rooted and resilient

is another beautiful site to be cherished all life

True cactus resembles surviving extremities and unfavorable climate ; still it manages to thrive and produce beautiful flowers ... Madhu resembles "life" of sorts , you break her , humiliate her , punish her , she will endure , live and win ... she is resilient still very much flexible like water which again symbolizes "life" (remember the scene where the Marathi couple complimented Madhu to be like water molding herself)

yes she symbolizes life. Or maybe different faces of life .the resilient one that fights back ,the flexibility and dexterity like water , passion and will like the fire ...she is a reflection of life.

thankyou for giving an insight into the water analogy .i must say i totally forgot about it.

Its totally my perspective I see her as "life" personified , she has many flavors but as luck would have it we see her at her best , showing her best when kept under adversity ...
