Could RK be dying?

This is a thought that has been doing the rounds in my mind for quite some time now. Especially ever since the Ballu fiasco. After the whole save-my-sweetheart episode, if there is one thing that has stuck in my mind, then it is this. That one instance at the police station when RK felt dizzy and faint and then asked his mother to take him to the hospital without informing Madhu, led me to believe that could it be that RK was hiding an illness from Madhu? Though being the superstar that he is, he had conviniently wrapped the whole thing as Sasuma-needs-her-daughter now moment and thus the reason for him not telling Madhu at that moment. Later on, it was portrayed by the Cvs as guilt on RK's part as he was responsible for getting Balraj back in their lives and thus in some twisted way believe that he himself was also to be blamed for the whole fiasco somewhere. Also, though many of you will want to point out here that the dizziness could be from the injuries that he'd suffered at the hands of the thugs, I think that the very fact that they showed a moment like that for a someone like RK who is acts all macho all the time is sufficient enough to prove it lame.

My reasons for believing so:
1) I staunchly refuse to believe that it is revenge on RK's part.
2) The dizzying moment mentioned above.
3) The nightmare that RK had today (if it was plain revenge on his part then ideally, he should not be affected by her presense or absence, her hurt or pain. Whixh as we clearly see is not the case)
4) Asking biwi for bed-tea (dosen't fit into the revenge angle)
5) His behavior in general today: his behavior implied that he believed that SHE had walked away from his life and not that he'd ceremoniousy dumped her.
6) Finally, the fleeting instances of hurt and pain I saw flashing on his f ace in today's episode and the thoughts of Madhu that haunted him.

Your take, guys?

Ps: the assumption here is that RK thinks he is dying. It need not necessarily mean that he will die.

Cvs have said no to any kind of illness track. And now i feel it is purely and surely revenge track because that makes complete sense. RK had and has feelings for mb but he is in denial and his ego comes first.

nice take.. but he is hero and usse illness nahin dhikhayenge..🤢 and cvs too denied it. There is sonething else but whatever it is - its sure very big which hurting him inside very badly.
