I feel that he is doing all this because his life and by extension her life is in danger if she stays with him. Maybe the blackmailer they showed early in the show has issued some serious threat. That is why he is in a hurry to get her out of his sight, his house and his life.

@bold: Honestly I think this is where we are headed. We have been cribbing about the fact that there seems to be no reason for Madhu to love RK unless you count gratitude and stolckholm syndrome. Rk explained his reasons in the farmhouse episode...she is his equal and almost as crazy as he is. He is awed by her persistance, her passion and how far she is willing to go. She is capable of standing up to him. Her passion calls out to him.

But Madhu never explains what attracts her to RK or maybe she did in her letter but viewers are not privy to it yet. She felt first stirrings after the Malik episode but it felt more like a combination of gratitude and sympathy then anything else.

I was always thought it was odd that RK who understands Madhu like the back of his hand never boasts of his love while Madhu who believes that she understands him the best...really does not.

I wrote this on Monday too...Different situation but RK managed to stand the onslaught of familial opinion and still believe that Madhu was not involved in shooting...Can Madhu stand the same onslaught and yet believe in RK? I am curious to see if she bought his theory...so far it looks that she did. If she did then what would clue her in to RK's deception and when?

I have no doubt in my mind that once she figures out RK lied, she will move heaven and earth to investigate and get back to him though it might mean more pain, humiliation or even putting herself in harm's way.

RK had the benefit of having spoken to Mallik before the poilce or anyone else found out.

And for Madhu, she hasn't even spoken yet.. She is still too deeply in shock to bother analyzing what RK has said and done. After shock what will her first reaction be other than more tears? Anger or disbelief? If anger, then I don't think she will start asking questions immediately. So she'll most likely just take his words and actions at face value.

Let us see...He gets shot at Ganesh Visarjan and she could have informed Shamoo that they were headed there...infact that is how he did know...In hospital attack, Shamoo manages to escape because of Madhu. She is silent when the locket comes to light. Finally she is caught on tape with the gun looking like she wanted to discard it. Point to be noted she knew the location of gun without anyone telling her.

If you look at it objectively Madhu had motive, opportunity and gumption to pull it off . Shamoo as a father would want to save his daughter by hiding her involvement.

RK had nothing but his instinct that suggested that she might not be involved.
