why did they hang him secretly? wouldnt a public display of the news be better so others know not to mess wid the government or u get killed...like the Saddam Hussein hanging

there was attack on indian parliament in 2001 and he played d main role in it. i just knew thi. they hanged him secretly bcoz of security reasons
