So I've read alot of places where people are calling RK a "rapist" or that he almost committed "rape" or it is a good thing he stopped that night in the village, otherwise it would be a "rape". I'm not sure how many of you here are kids and using the term unknowingly. Though given current events, there almost lies no excuse not to have heard or understood the word. Either way, its disgusting to use such a word without understanding the proper repercussions.
Rape is sexual assault WITHOUT the other person's consent. Just because people are not "officially fully married" and have sex, does not mean that one has raped the other. If you have sex prior to getting married, its "pre-marital sex". This could be frowned upon in certain societies, but it sure isn't illegal (unless you live in the dictatorship of certain countries - but lets not get into that"
So let's not throw around accusations, even if it is directed at fictional characters.
That being said, I think its deplorable what RK did and it's definitely not the brilliant plan. In fact I wish the CV's took a different turn and not the same old revenge sort of drama. Oh well.
