RK is not a villain but a sacrificing hero. He love Madhu but is acting like old RK because he is sick. He found out about a tumor at the hospital after he saves Madhu from Balraj. This old RK act will drive Madhu away not knowing that RK does not want her to be a widow. Madhu is rightfully upset and decides to enter Bollywood full time. RK watches her movies with pride while taking treatments for cancer and is cured after a leap of 5-8 years. Madhu is famous while RK is evergreen and wants a comeback and maybe his Biwi. RK later tries to reconcile with his 4 phere Biwi while costarring in a movie with her. Madhu learns the truth and goes back to her true hero.
