After RK (Vivian Dsena) tells Madhubala (Drashti Dhami) that all this while he was faking his love for her, things have changed drastically for the latter in Colors' Madhubala-Ek Ishq Ek Junoon (BAG Films/ Nautanki Telefilms).
However, the latest is that a heartbroken Madhu will get back to her normal life in the chawl.
As per a reliable source, the audience will see Madhu returning to her mother Padmini's (Pallavi Purohit) chawl after RK calls off his relationship with her. Padmini will be shocked to learn about the same. But, on seeing her daughter's condition, she will decide to go to the RK mansion to plea for her daughter with Madhu in tow.
Furthermore, back in the mansion RK will pay no heed to Padmini's request of him accepting her daughter as his wife. This will agitate Padmini and she will get angry at him.
Dejected, they will return to the chawl where Madhu will decide to go on with her normal life. She will also decide to start working yet again.
If sources are to be believed, she will get back to working in a parlour all over again.

It is being shown that RK and Madhubala's happy filled story has turned into sadness after RK's betrayal.
