It is not true in all cases.
DD's bhabhi Suhasi is married for six years. She bagged Yahaan main ghar show as lead in Zee after marriage only, and she got a new show soon after it went off air on the same channel now. She is also seen in Nach baliye.
Keeping Media away from personal matters like marriage doesn't mean it is for career prospects..
It is because there are Celebrities who dont like to show off their relationship or do PDA.!

😊2 years back 2011 jab Geet mai thi tabi 22nd Jan 2011 Geet & Maan ki shadi hui show aur 15th Feb 2011 ko GC aur Debina ki shadi hui use inspired hona hotha tab kyu nahi his logon ko Neeraj GPA mai dikhthe news pai news bana rahe hai.
