Hahaha.. Agreed.. Even I was wandering why Madhu cries for the teeniest things.. Earlier she was shown as a headstrong person.. Ah hell.. I guess that's what love can do to a person.. :D Lol :D

Hormones Problem. There are two reasons. First, women deal with hormones, and they produce different results than the same ones in men because they are in a different relative balance. They cry more because it is acceptable in our society for women to cry.

In serials Female leads are made to cry more by CV's for T.R.P.'s.

Actually Madhubala was very strong in the begining months but later she started crying more and more.
