If DIpali believes what RK said, she will not do anything. She won't tell it to Radha, fearing if she tell her Radha might do something or tell Madhu, which would spoil RK's plan..
She won't tell Madhu cos she wouldn't want Madhu to know what RK was planning.
If she believes without any doubt what RK said, then she will keep quiet this time. She might not say anything when she comes to know about Rishbala plan of getting shammu and Paddy married. Maybe this is what RK wants. To keep Dipali away from their life. She is interfering too much. And RK knows Dipali can trick Madhu and Madhu could blurt the truth of them leaving easily.
