Game of Numbers: TRP's and GRP's (Week 50)

The D' day finally arrived today (24th December. After months of waiting and weeks of anxiety and anticipation the game of numbers (TV Ratings) which were chopped due to digitalization for some time rolls out once again. Here is spamdomain's report on which show fared well and which did not for week 50'.
This week Colors bags the numer 1 position with 239 GRP, while Star Plus gets pushed back to the second posistion with 231 GRP, followed by Sony Entertainment Television with 201 GRP and Zee TV with 191 GRP.
Breaking the usual norm we have we have Balika Vadhu (Colors) ruling the chart with 5.8 TVR, followed by Diya aur Baati Hum (Star Plus) at 2nd Position with 4.8 TVR and Sath Nibhana Saathiya and Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (Star Plus) at number three with 4.3 TVR.

The Shiv-Anandi Track especailly the wedding has been loved and widely accepted which reflects in its 5.8 TVR. Madhubala:Ek Ishq Ek Junoon which is doing amazingly well as of today is one amongst the top 5 shows. Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke which started at the not so bright note is currently the number 1 show on Zee TV with 3.5 TVR.
