dips has planted a seeds of doubt in rk's mind which has started to affect rishbala's relationship a bit but did that break them? NO, everyone wants to destroy what rk and madhu has but in this process they bring them even more closer to each other. rk doubt is not wrong at all. after getting betrayed by so many people he has no faith in his love, he is not able to accept madhu's unconditional love so easily. he knows madhu in and out but still that little *IF* is still there.
madhu on the other hand is confused by her husband withdraw. one moment he is all her's and the next he is so stranger to her that it scares her to death. she has no idea what dips has done otherwise madhu would have answer rk in different way and he would understand. when rk told madhu to come with him, come with rishu not rk madhu answer was never a NO! she wants to and she will but there is always the right time for everything. she has to keep her promise to her MIL of giving her son back and then her mom's problem. one can only find peace when she knows what she is leaving behind is not unfinished business.
rk anger is completely understandable and he is petrified. he has lost his dad, then his mom, then dips and he has loved this three people from the core of his strength and now he has given his life to madhu, he is giving her a chance to love him and in this time when he held his hand in front of his BIWI he thought she will take his hand and walk away with him to another world, their own world but she rejected that offer for good cause. rk feels stupid that he confess his love despite being destroy over and over again.

madhu is trying to say main ne tum ko chaaha, sirf tumse pyaar kiya aur sub kuchh tum pe apna vaar diya but rk won't listen b/c a wounded lover is hard to convince no matter how much you love that person. rk is bitter sweet, his past does not leave him and he is scared to hold the hands of his future which is madhu. madhu wants rk to trust her. she won't leave him like others. she loves him for himself not for his money or his fame. she has fallen in love with rishu not rk which she has said it over and over again but not to rk, it is time she tells her husband she loves rishabh not rk.
when madhu was about to trip and fall rk forgot his anger and grabbed his BIWI before she hot the ground. he might hate her or get mad at her but he can never stop caring about her. no matter what happens between them he will always make sure she is not hurt by anything. if it was dips who was about to fall, rk would have laugh out loud then helping her this is the difference between his love for dips and madhu. everyone is cursing rishbala left and right, they will never be happy, they will never get their love etc...which has scared madhu for sure and her scared got even more deep when rk got mad at her and left for shooting.
madhu is absolutly right, she cannot lose rk nor can he lose her. without them being together what is is left in their life. they are a complete picture of each other, if one is not with the other one then the picture is unworthy. madhu cannot even imagine her life without rk now, she is scared of the thought that rk might leave her, she cannot let that happen. she needs him more then herself. even if rishbala wants to distance themselves from each other they won't be able to. pain is the definition of their love and this pain will always bring them closer to each other. rk is going to test madhu's love for him. there is no other choice for him to understand that his doubt is completely wrong, hence; he will offer madhu to come with him again after everything get's solve.
i think most of us knows rishbala are going to get separated, it has to happen otherwise how will their love be immortal. when dips said that rk will never get his love, to get his love he has to become rishu his old innocent self not the superstar rk otherwise it will be very tough to get love, very tough which means rk will become his old self one point of his life and madhu will be the heroin and i so want to see something like this. i want to see madhu step into rk's shoe while rk sacrifice his entire life of hard work to get his love. love demands sacrifice and rishbala has to sacrifice there is no doubt about that. they might live in different place but their heart will always be with each other.
