What a uniquely different way of looking at it!

Yes, despite all his braggadocio, inside, he is a little boy severely lacking in self esteem. He does not believe he is good enough to be loved. Hence he set her up for failure Friday, because he thinks she doesn't love the real him.

Agree with you Leela. It is heart wrenching to see the love they have for each other and the state it has reached now.

If RK does understand the language of her eyes, he would see the worship in them. i ham sure he will at some point. I just hope it is very soon. (CVs do you hear)

Lovely post leela.😊

To survive and to protect their love, they both have to be more arrogant. I feel both has become soft now, which makes others taking advantage like Dipali.

Thanks a ton, Shahi.😳
Re. Rishbala, agreed.😊 Dipali and Trishna need to be faced down, they wound RK and Madhu respectively far too easily.

is this your shortest essay ever?😲😆

happiness was rather short lived in the life's of RishBala...
one moment they were living their dream with each other's love..
the next moment..you see it shattered right in front of their eyes...!
it was rather sad...and heart wrenching...!

Thanks so much, Devu.😳
Yeah, I kept thinking it wasn't even half the length it should be.😕😆
I wish the CVs had brought us thud down to earth in the middle of the week instead of in the last minutes of the Friday ep.

leelaa,

Great post!

Poor Rishab aka RK...the veneer of arrogance is and will be his downfall...ironic, since he firmly believes that his arrogance and biting words amply protect someone who needs no protection if only he, Rishabh was allowed to surface, live and breathe.

Sadly, this arrogance disallows him to see the love his wife bears for him as you rightly said. But it also seems to blind him to Diplai's intentions. She always called him RK. She dumped him for what she thought were better prospects and is back to get RK back for his superstardom.

Knowing all this RK chooses to listen to her, give credence to her insinuations and judges Madhu's love by Dipali's questionable parameters.

Sure, he has his insecurities but he also has a brain and is usually a very astute person. So, what happened all of a sudden?

Clunky plot device and clunkier character delineation happened.

EDiT: Till RK reunites with Rishabh, and becomes one, it looks as if this arrogance is going to be the bane of his life.

Yes, Leelaa, isn't it ironical?

RK had once told Madhu that bahar se sherni si dikhne waali Madhubala andar se choti si bachchi hai. That is more true of him than her.

He's arrogant, knows how to throw his weight around, make the whole household dance to his tunes, but he's just a kid on the inside - vulnerable, hurting, scared, wanting to be loved.
I'm glad he's got a lot of RK in him, because Rishabh is all heart - all bleeding heart.

from inside all of us are like that...frm outside the degree varies 😊
