A very logical explanation,VD said that RK is unpredictable but that's the actual reason,whenever he sees Madhu's hot back he tries and find a way what you said to satisfy his hunger and really honeymoon bed sounds extremely hot,he's a man after all and she's his wife he has always treated Madhu like his property so physical attraction cannot only be limited to the attraction only,remember when they used to hate each other at the party night RK was all set to humiliate Madhu but he was mesmerized by her beauty when she appeared on the stairs the way he offers her his hand at that time he satisfies his anger why he got mesmerized by her? and by humiliating her in the party he told himself that he has no soft corner for her and nowadays he's finding ways to satisfy his hunger but he was also guilty for his behavior and he accepted that too,he fed her with his hands because he was concerned for her he wasn't trying to satisfying himself,he was getting overprotective for Madhu.
