could be a dream or it's real but timing differences, with precap they can be timing differences from the moment she said the dialogue and he entering might be later then they are showing in the precap.

ya me felt real , but shayad he has listen full , may be listen may be that y he want to express his feeling as per article on also , after sargi Raaz open i mean Yesterday episode he came to know Madhu can go for him at any extent. so may be real.
