That the CV's are doing the opposite now, meaning when RK was shot and all the care scenes Madhu did for him they are now making RK do for Madhu, feeding scene, similar, also the dori tying scene is similar to Madhu helping RK wear the kurta (removing his shirt and putting him on his kurta).
As Madhu was taking care of RK, is when she fell in love with him, and now RK is realising his feelings for her, this is a good way for him also to fall for her. So it's good.
I've seen this in the previous serial I used to watch, where a reluctant guy marries a girl that was in love with him, and they made him do to her all the caring scenes she showed him, just to show the man now is changing and wants to care for the spouse in the same way, repayment, but in Rishbala's ways I felt because of the nok joke and Madhu smiling in her her happiness as he feeds her, I was also laughing and enjoying.
