The second time RK was touching Madhu's face, the BG was playing "you are only for me" sirf hain tumhare" I loved that they co-ordinated the BG for Rishbala so perfectly, made me feel all warm fuzzy with happiness on seeing RK touch her face and it was like RK is saying that lyric aloud to Madhu, you are only for me, and the way he dealt with the doctor, no I don't want the nurse I will take care of her myself, junoon is happening.
But first time he took away his hand quickly as if he burnt his hand, the way he feels when he touches her perhaps they are trying to show us, or it could just be his not comfortable yet touching her freely. But I loved the BG lyric with what I was seeing happening on screen.
I also loved the flashback he had with the mehndi when she was hiding it from him in the morning and he was now looking at the mehndi properly before he went to sleep, lots of good moments, the drip twice looking after it. holding her hand to make sure she doesn't turn and hurt herself.
What I felt with the flashback for mehndi was that RK is understanding what Bittuji was telling him that this girl he can trust she put the mehndi and her face when she was doing it for him was so happy, so I felt they put that in because they wanted RK to realise how much Madhu values him and feels for him.
