oK heres what i think is going to happen.
so we are going to see that rk will realise how even healthy girl on the set fainted and might rush home to madhu who is sick. He will break her fast but she will faint. The doctor will check her up and tell rk that she is very weak and needs drips. radha ji will see this and have a change of heart for madhu. deepali will envy this.
rk feels really bad for what he has done. so he decides to take care of her. he will adore her while she is sleeping and even look for his name in her mehendi, he will feed her and help her out. Then we will see him preparing the film set for her in a karvachaut way so he can cheer her up and he will gift her something special.
Seeing this madhu will write a letter to describe her love and put it in rk's jacket, which he doesnt read. Deepali will tell rk that he is caring for madhu too much and that he marrried her to take revenge. Rk thinks back to all the moments, doesn't understand why he is being so nice to madhu and decides to go to the farmhouse to be alone. Madhu sees them talking but does not hear the convo. She will presume rk went away cuz deepali hurt his feelings or something. The mother in law and madhu will worry about rk's wherabouts. rk will think in the farmhouse and will realise he loves madhu. he will call bittu and lie that he had a discussion and tell him to send madhu tom.
on knowing this madhu will leave off to the farmhouse. here she will shout at rk, but he will try to shape her up by singing dadi amma song. then we will see madhu laughing. rk will disclose that he loves her and they will dance on a romantic number. he will propose her to remarry him.
i presume somehow the letter in rk's pocket will end up with the new entry and he will begin to track down madhu and fall in love with her. and then we will have a triangle love story.
