I had thought it would be Bittuji to help RK think about his feelings, I actually thought Bittuji would stay on set with RK when Madhu left, because Bittuji was there from the onset the plans to hurt Madhu and her family, during the marriage ceremony, Madhu's entry of the house, the party literally everything.

But we saw today the CV's didn't do that, they've left RK to sort it all out himself on that chair. He is very angry seeing all around him fasting for KC and his wife feeling ill because of KC, he recognises already that he has accepted Madhu as his wife and his protective of anyone who tells him differently and contradicts that he has no real marriage with her, but he now knows in the eyes of god she is not his wife and he is feeling angry at himself for not marrying her fully in the beginning, he knows he was wrong to punish her for the slaps, with half a marriage, we have heard this when he has said to Malik at the chawl, that he deserves what Malik did to him, trying to kill him to protect his daughter.

I think he will have a flashback of the scene with Malik (they will show us that again) whilst he is sitting on that chair, a flashback scene of their wedding ceremony that should do it for him to come to the decision to marry her fully.

His feelings for Madhu well he does miss her when she is not with him, that they showed during the time they were separated, he was seeing her in Dips and remember before Dips came to the room in the pink saree, RK was doing a massage on his feet and was looking at the bed as if I don't want to go on there, because when I sleep I'm just having dreams of my wife, he was avoiding the bed, he was missing her that much, remember the conversation with Madhu she asked him you have had the sleepy medicine why are you not sleeping, he couldn't sleep because the risk again of seeing her in his dreams and waking up and she is not there, he feels the loss acutely, better he stays awake. So from what I have said above I feel he knows how he feels for Madhu already, now fast forward to now and the conversation by the lake side, after that he decided to leave the bed for her, I felt he was scared to accept yet again he has trusted a 4th person (he told her a lot about his past) he was scared what if she leaves me, but her actions with Karva Chauth fasting despite being ill with kamaam should convince RK she doesn't mean to leave him in this lifetime, he will trust her with his heart, But he needs to find out from Dips also that Madhu's Sargi was laced with kamaam, I'm thinking she will stop him as he enters the house and tell him I've fasted Karva Chauth for you RK and ask him to give her water, he will reject her and she will reveal what she did to Madhu OR Bittuji will tell him when he finds Madhu unconscious in the room, that she ate food/sargi from the dustbin because it's part of the ritual to have sargi made by the saas (Radhaji will also overhear this part), so Dips and Bittuji could also play a part in reassuring him that Madhu he can trust and she is sincerely fasting for his long life for them to be together for longer.

I have read many say the change in RK came when he confessed a bit about his past to Madhu at the studio and Radhaji explaining to RK that his father were he alive would be displeased with RK's conduct, I feel yes it did and no also, yes to a certain extent the change in his behaviour yes, but I think the conversations before during the massage in Madhu's room and at the party and in the hallway when Madhu was going into the room, it was clear RK humiliated Madhu because when they were alone she didn't want to do her duties as a wife but in public in-front of onlookers she was happy to fulfil her wifely duties, if you watch those episodes when he was getting massaged, the conversation on the door when he is leaving the room and telling her to get ready for him to romance her, the conversation on the dance floor with Madhu and the conversation again by her door after the party, RK tells Madhu he wanted a close relationship with her, but she was shying away from him, at that time Madhu still hated him... So I agree where RK's feelings concerned Radhaji played her part in changing RK, but RK himself wanted to be close with Madhu and wanted her to care for him when they were alone even before Radhaji gave her speech of Mohan Kundra being upset with RK. Similarly Dipali played her part also in RK bringing Madhu into his room, but RK himself was trying to make their relationship closer.
