A Rishabala OS:Help me, am breaking down..

a/n: An OS on the karwachauth scene... super inspired by today's episode... I see most of MBians found it streched and maybe am the only but who loved it, but, what the heck! Happy Reading!

Scene1...

She had liquid eyes, piercing to let out a drop or two, but she sat there.. as strong as ever. She was nauseating and the ache in her abdomen was killing her. But her shining eyes were set on the beautiful moon as she was trying to pictures her husband's face in it. A smile spread across her dull features (she was tired and very sick) making them glow as she remembered their conversation from earlier today.."Main bhi chaand ban gaya hun biwi, mujh par bhi daag hai..". She remembered her futile attempts to cover the fact that she had been fasting for him or rather the fact that she now had feelings for him.. feelings of genuine concern, love! And then she frowned at the thought 'what if he did not come'.

The chattering around her had ceased and it had been about 2 hours since the moon had been up. She had been sitting there, on the roof top, as still as a statue all this time with no one to her side...now.

All sorts of unwanted thoughts crossed her mind as Rishabh was nowhere to be found. What if he never came back?

"Keep him safe, please!".. she kept murmuring to herself.

It had been just five minutes or maybe an hour, she did not know when she suddenly heard footsteps.

Bittu Ji suddenly appeared on the terrace and announced that he had finally found RK.

Scene2...

Part 1...

She entered the house where RK was. It was dark.. or did she almost pass out! No! She had to give him a piece of her mind.

She gathered all her energy and marched up to where he was.

As he turned around, she realized her anger was replaced by joy. He was there in front of her, he was fine, what else did she want.

And with his smiling face at the back of her mind, she fainted.

Part 2...

He ran forward and held her tight in his arms before she touched the ground. He had done this, it was him.

All this time, all this false ego.. he was torturing her for no fault of hers or was it himself he was punishing?

He sprinkled a few drops of water on her face and her eyes moved. Her lips parted slightly. He lifted her so that she was now sitting and made her drink water.

She opened her eyes.

For that one moment he thought he had lost her.. that one person who had decided to live life with him and for him rather than die for him. The only person who could see the child-like heart that pined for love. The only person who took him for all he was.. for all he would be.. never asking him to change. He broke down.

"I cannot lose another loved one in my life, I cannot take it, I love you" he said.

Tears rolled down her cheeks and the embraced!
