a/n:- Hey everyone... New OS! I plan to update this in 3 (at the most 4) parts..only if some of you find it worth.(P.S.- I really hope some of you can relate to it!)
The name is still "Hiding my heart away"... (like my OS)
It somehow goes with all the story ideas I come up with.. ones related to Rishabla.. (weird no?) Guess it suits them!
It's a new story and is not related to the previous one!
Also, there'll be a lot of shuffling in the scenes-loads of flashbacks involved- as it's a long time period I am trying to cover unlike the previous OS which was just one night thing. Do tell me if i should continue, only genuine views welcome! :)
Happy Reading!
Part 1:-
Scene 1:-
(Present Day)
Away from all the paparazzi, the flashes and the mob, behind the pillar, trying not to be seen (it wasn't hard.. the raving fans couldn't care less..) stood the once-upon-a-time mega star RK with his tear ducts hurting and a smile covering his features.
"Madhubala..."!!
"MADHUU"!!!!!
The air was replete with her name! The premiere of her debut movie and the record-breaking box office collections had made Madhubala a star, overnight. Surrounding her were thousands of fans, reporters, columnists, producers.. and you name it. And it was what he wanted, always did.
Giving her one last look, as if imprinting her smiling face in his memory, he walked away, himself not knowing where!
Part 2:-
(Present Day, another scene)
It wasn't this hard to force a smile till date. Not when she would go for the Vat Pujan with Maa, not even when she had to instil faith of becoming a famous actor in Trishna's eyes despite it all seeming like a distant dream. Not even when she had first forced Rishabh to apologize to his mother.
And today, posing for the shutterbugs.. it was so unbearable! Not to mention the plastic smile she had to wear! She excused herself even before she could answer a couple of questions and ran towards her car.
On her way home, passing by a chawl she could distinctly remember the evergreen memories of the good ol' carefree days. She was so absorbed in her thoughts that she did not realize that the car ad come to a sudden halt. She looked up and saw a jam.
The driver went out to check and came back with the news of someone bleeding to death.
An accident? She was all-of-a-sudden reminded of that fateful day when he was shot during the Visarjan! She had, for the first time, felt too afraid that even her faith had shattered. It sent a chill down her spine. Without a thought she stepped out of the car and cutting the crowd ran to help.
A scream, perhaps inside her head, and then what next she remembered was... it was all numb.
Part 3:-
(9 months back)
She opened her eyes slightly and realized that she was lying in his arms, her most beautiful reverie? No! Reality had been more beautiful than any of it. A smile spread across her rosy lips and a blush rose on her cheeks. She lovingly looked at him lying there, sleeping with a child-like innocence spread over his face. She had always loved watching him sleep, but seeing him this closely was a first.
She gently tried to slide away without waking him up but in vain. He held her by her arm and pulled her back close to his bosom.
