A snow filled set and a starlit sky were the perfect backdrop for Madhu's romantic dream sequence ,dancing with RK ''with a recurring silly smile on her face which reminded me of a quote saying , "If I could reach up and hold a star for every time you've made me smile, the entire evening sky would be in the palm of my hand." ' (Anonymous)Sure enough the reason for the smile was her realization of feelings for RK, and the "stars" or glittering lights simulating the evening sky , were but an arm's length away, if not in the palm of her hand ! Rather than elaborate on Madhu's feeling in my words, I'd like to quote again from Mahmoud El Hallab which I thought portrayed Madhu's sentiments regarding her beloved RK quite accurately by saying, "You did something to me, I don't know what it was but I do know I don't want to lose you. You always keep a smile upon my face and I can act like myself because you accept me. You mean so much to me, the way you make me feel is just unexplainable. This is the happiest I've been in awhile and I have you to thank for that. You just make it so easy to fall for you and believe me, I'm falling harder with each passing day." Madhu's return back from the set in a love-struck daze and dancing to a continuation of the same song as the studio dream seq "Mein pareshaan , pareshaan " with RK's coat was a brilliant touch ,and surely a treat to watch , besides proving that she was indeed falling hard 'in fact I can't believe our luck at getting to see two dance sequences in the same episode ! CV's I love you for this ! I was a tad apprehensive lest Madhu disclose her true feelings to RK but I guess, " The most important things are the hardest to say, because words diminish them." ' (Stephen King ) I'm happy that Madhu didn't confess her love and fear that her words might've fallen short of the depth of her feelings (even though I liked the way she voiced her pareshaani and the reason for it)'' I'd rather like Madhu to conceal her feelings and revel in the realization that RK was the reason for her tears in the past but now he's the reason for her smile , taking time to absorb that, "Love is the extremely difficult realization that something other than oneself is real." ?( Iris Murdoch). I loved the way Madhu's real concern for RK's comfort made her draw the curtains shutting out the light, as if to symbolize that in a role reversal she would shield RK from all annoyances and hindrances from now on. RK's inadvertent smile of pleasure at waking up to see Madhu's beautiful face and gentle caress was a real awww moment , and Rishbala's accompanying awkwardness that the realization brought, was the haww moment for me. What puzzled me a bit, was how come Madhu's allowing a recently recovering patient like RK to sleep in that awkward position on the red chaise , and not insist upon him sleeping comfortably in the bed like before ? Since words fail me in rating tonight's fully feel good entertaining episode, I'd like to quote my friend's reaction "mein pareshaan nahin pagal ho rahi hoon by God !" So a great big thanks to Drashti and Vivian for their applaud worthy performance and to the CVs for delivering an awesome unadulterated Rishbala episode !
