That is what Maalik described Madhubala to RK when he was getting angry on him. And today, when you see Madhubala on that threshold of true love and in her true delicate breakable form, are we not reminded how right he was?
Madhu's feelings for RK are like a cake mix going into an oven. They are evolving, they are innocent , they are beautiful and they have that child-like honesty. How she walks around lost in RK's room , talks to his photograph , secretly hopes that this mock marriage is RK's true promise of commitment , feels lonely and lovelorn in the house because he is not there, her face lighting up like a dhabaa light upon the chance to go and see him on the sets on the pretext of giving his phone, smiling and blushing at her reflection in the mirror. And how can you miss that fixated lovelorn look when she sees RK on the sets.
What stands out is the innocence and that fluttery heart feel of her love's cakemix. Madhubala - strong of spirit but delicate and fragile of heart.One thing is for sure though- irrespective of what RK does to her cakemix going into the oven of love, Madhubala can now never be detached from him.

A woman's heart can always be won over by honour, respect and valour. RK won Madhubala , without even trying.
