As you have mentioned that... I am saying your friend/the TM have copied her ff specially many scene from other show.
That's the fact.

The concepts and the storyline that the show and the ff have are very similar however they are very common. Many indian shows have such storylines and it doesn't mean that it's copied. The ff is older than the serial but no professional scriptwriter will come on I-F and read a ff, then use it. They maybe inspired from the many different dramas that follow the same type of storyline.
By that I mean there have been many shows in the past where two people are bond together by a contract or because one has to pay the debt etc etc...it's really nothing new :/

Just my opinion. If it was another FF writer I'd be sympathizing as I would find it logical but THIS point that you are trying to make does not have enough evidence to prove that it's the truth.
