What we know for definite when madhu tells RK that she has started to fall in love with him, those words she is saying in a dream sequence, and now we have the second promo but we don't actually see her say the words in that one, it's just Madhu's voice in the background only, like the first promo she says it when she hugs RK, after dancing with the coat.

I think the first promo happened as Madhu dancing with the coat around then imagines RK there and she hugs him and says the words, but he is not actually there, so a day dream that he came and she hugged him and told him.

The second promo I'm thinking might be real, that RK took her somewhere just the two of them, special for KC, actually it looks like the studio bridge right?...i think rk made some arrangements for them and they are dancing there and they will have some romantic moments, but madhu won't tell him she is falling in love with him, she would have had a day dream already about that part earlier with the coat.
