Ok. So, I just saw Friday's episode and I am pretty sure that RK is actingđ. BTW banda bohoth accha actor hai. That's why he is a superstar đ. I think he wanted to see everyone's reaction and also show radhaji how much madhu cares for him. When he started coughing Madhu screamed and asked Bittuji to call the doctor, while Dipz started her usual drama and said to call the police. So, in this way RK will prove to radhaji that madhu's care is genuine đ and that's why she is asking to call a doctor, while others are busy taunting madhu first, and care about RK later.
By the way loved RK's dialogue đ and he was looking so hot throughout the whole episode.
Though the episode aired two days ago, I just saw it. That's why so late in posting đł
