Devu, can one just vote the 100 quaota for only one category repeatedly, and then move on to to another category? Would the votes count, or be ignored?

Shahi, I *am* voting through my Colors ID. And this missing out on categories matters because I usually get only five to six MB categories before one round ends and I have to start again.
