I hope you and your family are all okay! Basically the puja took place and RK set up Malik in his room. He found out Malik was out to kill him after Malik came to attack him in his room.
They had an argument and in the end RK told him that every drop of blood that comes out of RK will be Madhu's and RK threatened to tell everyone about Malik. Madhu walks into their room and is shocked to see Malik there. He leaves in a hurry and Madhu believes that RK insulted Malik.
She goes to give RK food but RK insists that Mr. India feed him. So she feeds him but she doesn't once look at his face, he just continues to look at her and then finally asks her what's wrong. She stays silent and is about to leave but then he stops her and they get into an argument and she tells him that he'll never change after he tells her that Malik came there to make up with him. Madhu is angry that RK "insulted" Malik (even though he really didn't) and so she leaves. She calls her mom and asks her mom if she misses her, when Padmini says yes then Madhu says she misses her too and RK over hears this conversation.
Bittuji comes to RK with medicine and RK refuses to take it. Then the maid says that Madhu hasn't ate anything either. RK asks Bittuji for help.
Madhu finds out that RK didn't take medicine so she takes it up to him. The maid tells Madhu that RK's in the theater room. She walks in and sees Mr. India and then sees RK.
She tells him to take medicine and he says not until she watches the movie because she needs a break from doing biwi things. She sits and tells him to take medicine again and he tells her to eat. They get into this argument back and forth "RK medicine" "Biwi food" and then they hear the song "tere bache, mere bache" in the background and Madhu picks up the plate of food and takes a bite.
RK starts singing "om shanti om" and then Madhu hands him his medicine, he takes it.
Then Madhu eats and puts the plate away when done.
She smiles while watching the movie and RK admires her and slowly falls asleep.
Madhu sees him sleeping and she goes to fix his shawl. She then goes to fix his head and he wakes up. ~Eye lock moment~. Then she tells him she was there to fix the shawl and the song "I love you" or something comes on and she says she doesn't like the song, he says he doesnt either. She tries to leave but her bangles are stuck in his shirt. ~Eyelock moment again~ and then she frees her arm and gets up and tells him to forward the song if he doesnt like it.
The remote obviously doesn't work so she tries to turn off the projector but doesn't know how. She eventually gives up and sits down again. Then the scene where Tina dies comes on and Madhu tears up. She tells RK she's going to sleep and he stops her. She says that she doesn't like that part and Malik always used to turn it off. He asks why. She begins explaining but then stops when RK asks her about her biological father. She gets up to leave and he stops her. He tells her that she has to tell him why her biological father wanted to kill her.
She tells him the entire back story and then runs out crying after she says "you insulted Malik".
RK alone in the room kicks the couch and gets upset and says that he didn't insult Malik.
Back at Padmini's place, she's cutting vegetables and Malik walks in. He grabs the knife and Padmini notices he drank for the first time. He starts saying he'll kill RK and then someone comes to the door.
Padmini opens it and finds RK with Madhu standing there. RK says that Madhu was missing them and wasn't eating so she's going to stay there for 2 days.
Then he sees Malik holding the knife and asks to speak to him outside. Before leaving, RK promises Madhu that he'll behave.
RK tells Malik he didn't tell Madhu the truth and that she thinks RK insulted him. He tells Malik that Madhu likes people who cut vegetables with knives, not people's throats.
He then hugs Malik and Madhu sees. She walks out and says "Malik"
Then RK tells Malik "I'm leaving my biwi here, make sure you don't break her heart" then they freeze it.
Spoilers:
Dipali will seduce RK, he'll give in because he'll think it's Madhu, but then when he realizes it's Dipali he's romancing and not Madhu, he'll ignore her.
