Because Malik is related to Madhu. RK likes Madhu (unconsciously) and so he'd do anything to make and keep her happy. Even if it means forgiving his own attacker.

Dipali and Radha on the other hand are not directly related to Madhu and therefore he doesn't think it's necessary to forgive them. Especially since it won't affect Madhu as much as him making up with Malik would.

i was thinking that as well but i also think its to do with betrayal as well.

Agree with u pritt & also rk realize that sammo did this bcoz he luvs her daughter a lot & cant see her pain.As rk luvd his father so much know how much it harts when u see ur child in wrose situation.

Good question, I think because dips went to marry his brother because his career was taking off and RK's wasn't because RK has what she wants money and fame she wants him back, perhaps he feels he shall never be sure if her love is genuine. Were he to forgive her and ask her to move on she would not do so, he tried already, but she keeps coming to him to pester him, so that's why he is being rude to her. Because she doesn't want to stay within the bhabhi and devar relationship.

With radhaji, she married too quickly without discussing with her son whether he approved of this move to remarry, she is a rather weak person, and kukuji manipulates her, and RK is too strong a personality for her to manage, if kukuji had adopted him as his son when younger after all he was only 8 years old when his dad died, had he made more of an effort with him, to make him feel he can be a father to him, RK would not missed a father so much. Kukuji has a drinking problem and I think RK admitted that he was also drinking alcohol to sleep when he was extremely young, I think he saw kukuji drinking and he also emulated. So a bad role model for him and his mother was too weak to stop the drinking of her husband and son. Her weak personality could not manage RK's stronger one, he speaks rudely to his mother but he must have done at that early age of 8 years as well, so she should have managed him better and stopped it, she couldn't and that's why he turned out a little be unruly (drink driving and mowing down people on the road etc).

I think it has a lot to do with the fact that Shamsher and Madhu have a father-child relationship, which for RK is one of the most important. He was so close to his dad and above all that's the one bond he truly understands.

As for Radhaji, I want him to forgive her, but he can't do that until he understands that she only remarried for him. She knew how close he was to his father and how much he depended on him, she just wanted him to have a father figure again. Even if Kukuji was a nice man and he actually cared about RK, I don't think RK would ever have accepted him b/c he would have felt like he was trying to replace his real dad.

As for Dipz, can you blame him for not forgiving her? She left him for his brother b/c she thought he would be the superstar. All she cares about is money and status. I do want him to get over her though and get past the pain she gave him.

Because maliks actions weren't right but they were justified. What he did, he did it out of his unconditonal love for his daughter who he adopted yet loves more than anything. Madhus explationation to rishab about her past clearly shows how mush he means in her life and all those sacrifices that he has made for them without any expeditions. It moves him because he misses that fatherly bond in his life more than anything and seeing that trust and love between madhu an malik does move him. Plus he also realises how much he has hurt shamsher and his family.

According to RK, Radha betrayed his father by remarrying Kuku (kind of replaced his dads place) and Dips dumped him for the sake of money and married Sikkey so again its betrayal.

Betrayal is one of the worst sin anyone can commit and it happened to him twice by the two women he loved a lot. You put your trust on someone and to have that shattered by someone you thought you trusted can have major implication in your relation with them and we can see that. Here Shamsher is not related to Madhu in anyway but he is willing to go any extreme for her - why? Because of the love he has for his daughter and willing to do anything for her happiness. RK can understand a bond between Madhu and Shamsher because he too once upon time shared the same with his dad.

And also like others have pointed, its easy to forgive your enemy than our close ones because you expect your enemies to betray you, you don't expect it from your own people. RK didnt just understand the bond Shamsher shares with Madhu but also about the sacrifice he made hence he forgave him :)

Even though RK is married to Madhubala, Shamsher is still basically a stranger. RK understands Shamsher's motives. I think Radha and Deepali have hurt RK more, especially emotionally than Shamsher.
