I do not think the shooter is Malik...I think the shooter is either Mukund or Balraj. Her fiance is probably mad at RK for taking her away from him. Balraj, her father has been trying to kill Madhu and her family since she was young. Balraj could've really aimed for Madhu but instead ended up shooting RK instead!...I also think that RK will let Madhu go back to her Chawl because she saved his life and also because he wants to protect her from getting hurt, since he's developing feelings for her!

Malik attack does not matters to me as that of RK leaving Madhu,
Will it be out of fear of falling for her... Yes, but I doubt RK will fall so soon...
I think that RK has seen MB developing soft corner for him...and he will understand that what he has done to Madhu is not good...
or he will blame Malik deeds on Madhu... and say you have planned all this attack and was just trying to be nice Sati Savitri types...to gain sympathy from the lady who gave me birth .

it can't be mallik,that is because being the heroine's adopted father they can't make him a murderer...my guess .😊only then the indian audience will accept that it is perrfect. They can't imagine ideal characters having grey shades.
