Madhu is in love with a person who she knows/thinks hates her. That might make her insecure. She can't help her feelings for RK but RK.. just hates her.

My POV on her insecurities is her love for RK and I don't think it is because RK is rich and famous.

i agree i dont find any reason for her to feel inferior of him bt yes she knows/thinks that the person whom she loves hate her or rather she doesn't matter to him so that feeling is painful
