Madhu's fallen in love with Rishabh. No, not RK, Rishabh Mohan Kundra. Those feelings have developed, though they haven't yet surfaced and she's still unaware of them, she knows that there are some sort of feelings inside of her.
When RK grabbed her arm, and then Rishabh let her arm go (notice the name difference there), Madhu had to leave the room. She couldn't stand it.
When RK was unconscious, Madhu caught a glimpse of Rishabh and she wished he had stayed. When RK awoke, he was in half-RK/Rishabh mode, almost as if he were confused himself. The way he called his biwi by her real name, Madhu. The way he let go of Madhu's arm. The way he let Madhu give him water to drink.
After staring into Madhu's eyes, RK knew something was different, he knew something had happened but he didn't know what. Madhu was different. He was different. He was having trouble being cruel to his wife, but why?
Madhu outside feels helpless when she knows that she can't treat RK the same way she treats Rishabh.
There's confused feelings between the both of them.
Madhu and Rishabh have developed feelings for each other, that's obvious, but the only thing standing in between those feelings now, is RK.
