Maybe he'll take the bandage off deepali to see if she actually has a wound there? He could do that when he pulls her close. I haven't seen the epi yet but am basing this prediction from what I've read.

My gosh, this Deepali-Vamp doesn't give up so easily! What an annoying woman she is! No wonder RK doesn't want her around!...I think RK wants Madhu to admit that she is the one who saved his life. Maybe he wants to create some type of jealousy in Madhu to see if she does have deeper feelings for him!
